By accessing this website, purchasing products, booking sessions, attending trainings, retreats, ceremonies, or using any services offered through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are designed to create clarity, personal responsibility, mutual respect, and a safe container for all participants and clients.
1. Nature of the Work
The services offered through Amaterra Path®, including Tantra, Shamanism, Akashic Records, energy healing, breathwork, embodiment practices, retreats, trainings, online courses, ceremonies, and private sessions, are intended for educational, spiritual, and self-development purposes only.
The information and services provided on this website are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or professional healthcare advice or treatment.
Participants and clients remain fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing before, during, and after participation in any offering.
2. Personal Responsibility
By participating in any session, retreat, ceremony, course, or training, you acknowledge that transformational and spiritual work may involve emotional release, energetic shifts, physical sensations, psychological processes, and changes in personal awareness.
Participation is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your own choices, actions, interpretations, wellbeing, and results.
Amaterra Path® and Elpida Apostolopoulou are not responsible for personal decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from participation in any offering or service.
3. Sessions & Appointments
Private sessions are reserved specifically for each client.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session unless otherwise stated.
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If a client has not joined within 15 minutes without prior notice, the session will be considered cancelled and is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Online Courses & Digital Products
All online courses, videos, PDFs, recordings, teachings, and digital materials are intended for personal use only.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, modified, shared, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products, online courses, and downloadable content are non-refundable.
Any reference to lifetime access refers to the lifetime availability of the course or product itself, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
We reserve the right to modify, update, transfer, improve, restructure, or change the hosting platform, delivery method, format, access system, or organization of online courses and digital products at any time.
5. Retreats, Trainings & In-Person Events
Participants are fully responsible for their own physical health, emotional wellbeing, travel arrangements, insurance, personal belongings, and safety during retreats, trainings, ceremonies, and events.
Certain practices may involve physical movement, breathwork, meditation, emotional expression, embodiment practices, energetic exercises, and transformational processes. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
5A. Health & Readiness for Participation
Our intention is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and nurturing for all participants.
Our retreats, trainings, ceremonies, and workshops may include breathwork, movement, meditation, embodiment practices, emotional processing, energetic exercises, and other transformational experiences. Participation requires a reasonable level of physical, emotional, and psychological stability.
If you are currently receiving psychiatric treatment, have a diagnosed mental health condition, are taking antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or other psychoactive medications, or have any medical condition that may affect your participation, you agree to inform us prior to registration or participation.
This information is requested solely to help determine whether the retreat or event is appropriate for you at this time and to support the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing before, during, and after the event.
• You understand that all teachings, practices, sessions, ceremonies, and activities are offered for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only and do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or professional healthcare services.
• You agree to communicate any relevant health conditions, injuries, limitations, or concerns that may affect your participation.
• You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your own choices, actions, experiences, and outcomes.
• You agree to respect the facilitators, participants, venue, and group agreements throughout the event.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a participant from a retreat, training, ceremony, or event if their participation is deemed unsafe, disruptive, harmful, inappropriate, or not aligned with the wellbeing of the group. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
5B. Retreat, Training & Event Cancellation Policy
To reserve your place, a deposit is required. Your place is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your participation:
• More than 30 days before the event: payments made beyond the deposit may be transferred to another retreat, training, or event organized by us within twelve (12) months.
• Between 15 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the total amount paid may be transferred to a future event within twelve (12) months.
• Less than 15 days before the event: all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment plans, when offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule and in full before the event begins.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, or personal emergencies.
If the organizer cancels the retreat or event, participants will receive a refund of payments made directly to the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for flights, accommodation, travel costs, visa expenses, insurance, or other third-party expenses.
6. Energy Work & Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer
Energy healing, Akashic Records guidance, intuitive work, spiritual practices, and embodiment sessions are subjective experiences and may vary from person to person.
We do not guarantee specific emotional, physical, financial, relational, or spiritual outcomes.
All spiritual guidance and energetic practices are offered as supportive tools for personal growth and self-awareness and should not replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, videos, graphics, logos, practices, teachings, course materials, branding, designs, and the Amaterra Path® methodology, are the intellectual property of Elpida Apostolopoulou unless otherwise stated.
No material may be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or used without prior written permission.
8. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Payment plans, when offered, remain legally binding until fully completed regardless of participation, completion, or usage of the service or program.
Failure to complete a program or attend sessions does not release the participant from agreed payment obligations.
9. Third-Party Services
This website may contain links to third-party websites, payment systems, software, or external services.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or functionality of third-party platforms or providers.
10. Privacy
Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
By using this website and participating in any service, you agree that Elpida Apostolopoulou, Amaterra Path®, affiliated facilitators, collaborators, or partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, emotional distress, psychological reaction, or consequence resulting directly or indirectly from participation in any offering, session, training, retreat, or use of this website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of this website and services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
